Corporate governance
The Authority was formed in 1999 under the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority Act 1998 to consolidate the work and functions of City West Development Corporation, Darling Harbour Authority and Sydney Cove Authority.
The Authority is committed to working in an open and transparent manner and conducts its business activities professionally and ethically.
